We have an available double room to rent in a new build block of flats, walking distance between Kennington and Elephant and Castle.

The Double-Bedroom is fully furnished with direct access to the balcony.

The Living room has a fully equipped kitchen. Spacious and bright, also with access to the balcony.

The Bathroom is in great condition with shower over bath, and heated floor.

There's also a washing machine/dryer.

The room has its own TV, along with an Amazon Firestick (with access to Amazon Prime Videos and Netflix).

Our broadband is fiber 76Mo, and international unlimited calls to most countries are also included.

We're both professionals, one English, who speaks fluent French, and the other Spanish, and speaks fluent Italian. We enjoy travelling, theaters, going to the cinema or watching movies/series at home. One of us is a techie geek so can even help you out with any technical issues concerning your devices.
