Double bedroom in a lovely Victorian house

Lovely double room in my Victorian house. Room is furnished with double bed, double wardrobe and chest of drawers. This room shares the bathroom with one other person. All bills are included.

House is 5 minute walk to Plumstead station on a lovely residential road.

Excellent transport connections train to London Bridge 25 minutes, Waterloo, Cannon Street, Charing Cross, Farringdon, Kings Cross City Thames Link 30 minutes, buses to North Greenwich, Blackheath, Eltham, Lewisham, Bexleyheath, Greenwich, Bluewater and the 53 straight to Piccadilly on the doorstep. Woolwich Arsenal DLR and Boat service to the city 15-20 minutes walk.

There are 3 of us at the moment 2 females and 1 gay male. All of us get on very well and are in and out of the house a lot so it never feels too busy. This is a big 4 story house with 3 bathrooms so there is plenty of space for everyone. The house has recently been refurbished and the living and kitchen areas are all new. The garden has been timber decked and has a nice outside seating area.

Note the pictures are old and the room does not have a TV, or computer table as these was my last flatmate.

Looking for someone who is chilled out, clean, easily to talk to, has their own life and someone that we get on with enough to have a good conversation over a drink or meal when time allows! NOTE this is not a party house its a nice relaxing place.
