The first floor room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, two built-in storage spaces and a sofa, with windows looking onto the streets.

The House and Transport Links

Situated in SE18, Plumstead train station is just 6-8 minutes walk away, while there are several bus links to Woolwich centre and Greenwich among other locations. Buses 53, 291 stop in the bus stop only 3 minutes from the house while buses 51, 96, 99, 122, 177, 180, 244, 380, 422, 469, 472 and N1 are also accessible within 6-10 minutes of walk. DLR links from Woolwich Arsenal and Woolwhich centre just 5 mins away by bus.

London Bridge is just 35 minutes by train with a direct link to Cannon Street.

Shopping centres (Tesco, Iceland), pubs, restaurants, launderettes, small shops are nearby within 5-10 mins walking distance.

The house has 3 rooms total, a shared kitchen, bathroom and a garden. Gas hob, oven, grill, microwave oven, extractor fan, kettle, toaster, shower/bath, washing machine, fridge, freezer and unlimited broadband & bills included.

The Flatmates

You will be sharing the house with me and my fiance occupying the other first floor room, and another person living in the room on the ground floor. We are both students and we also work, while the person downstairs is a full time professional.

We are easy going but we like to mind our own business, so we'd prefer someone with a similar mindset. We like a clean house and expect cleaning to be shared out fairly on a rota-basis.

About You

We're looking for someone(s) non-smoker, down-to-earth, clean, quiet and considerate working individual(s) (no DSS) who speaks fluent English.

ID and proof of income will be required, references are preferred but not mandatory.

If you're a couple, please note that your usage of the kitchen (cooking facilities) in the evenings will be limited, so we hope to find a couple in this case who eats out most of the time or overcome this difficulty another way.
