About me

I work for a charity, I'm free spirited, clean and tidy but not up tight, non smoker, I love traveling, eating out, gardening, cooking, going to the theater, quite nights in with a film and glass of wine with aspirations of writing a novel. I'm seeking to share with another professional, like myself who is easy to get along with but also respects privacy at the same time.

About the house

Spacious, tranquil, comfortable 1930's house with all the mod-cons you would expect (wireless/LCD TV/washing machine, dryer/central heating etc). Norwood.... Close to park and South Norwood Lakes....situated in quiet road. Beautiful double bedroom, newly furnished overlooking my garden. There are fitted wardrobes so lots of storage, a bookshelf, desk with BT broadband. Come and see the house – it will be one of the best ones you see. This is a shared home, not a house share. There is also a garden with BBQ.

There is a swimming pool and gym within 7 minutes walk from the front door as well as a number of shops (Tesco) bars takeaways and park.

Do not be put off by the fact we are in Zone 4 – Transport links are EXCELLENT. 10 mins walk to Norwood Junction Station (and Thornton Heath) where you can be in London Bridge in 13 min or Victoria within 20 mins. It takes 20 mins on the new over ground to Canary Wharf. Less than 10 mins on bus to East Croydon station, giving you access all over the country and only 15 mins to Gatwick Airport and night buses run frequently.

Short term or long term tenants welcome, would consider a Monday to Friday let.
