ABOUT THE ROOM/HOUSE

Stunning and enormous fully furnished double bedroom in a beautiful modern house. The room includes a huge queen sized bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk table and chair, and a lovely view overlooking the quiet residential street in Streatham Common. The room is airy and bright, like the rest of the house with wooden floorboarding. Check out the pictures to see for yourself!

Rent is £500 per month, FULLY INCLUSIVE of all bills (this includes gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband internet). Deposit is one months rent, minimum stay of 6 months.

The house was fully furbished less than a year ago, so it's pretty much new. The house is immaculate with a large living room, dining table and chairs, kitchen with all amenities and 3 modern bathrooms (that have surround sound music system, just to boot!) There is ample storage space in the attic storeroom as well.

The location is excellent, with the house being situated on a quiet residential street a 5 minute walk from Streatham Common station, where it's less than a half hour direct train ride into London Victoria or London Bridge. Norbury station is a 15 minute walk away, and you're a short walk from Streatham Common green and a bus ride to Streatham High Street.

ABOUT THE FLATMATE/CURRENT FLATMATES

We are Miranda, Cynthia, Thomas and Gloria, all young, friendly professionals working within Media, PR and engineering. We are looking for a conscientious, clean and friendly non-smoker, you can be a professional or student we don't mind!

Our household is more a quiet one than a party house (Miranda does her hard partying elsewhere!), as such we're looking for a considerate, respectful and thoughtful flatmate who isn't going to be bringing back random men/women at all hours (go to theirs! just kidding!) or have their friends swinging from the light fixtures at the weekends.
