The kitchen has all mod cons including a dishwasher, gas cooker and a large fridge freezer. There is a large west facing garden with patio and a grass area perfect for a summer game of boules, evening sun and bbqs, or cross the road to explore the wonders of Tooting Common. The flat has sky broadband and a large 3D TV with an awesome sound system for those who enjoy a good movie night (I certainly do).

The room itself is 2. 65m x 3. 65m and comes with a double bed, two bedside drawer units and a wardrobe with a mirror. It faces away from the street so it's nice and quiet.

The flat is on a quiet road opposite the common. There is also a bus stop 1 minute away which is a short ride to Tooting Bec Underground station or Balham.

I'm a 32 year old male and I'm self employed so I'm in and out of the flat during the day. I'm pretty clean and would prefer someone who is reasonably house proud. I've been in the area for a number of years so have a good crew of local friends who I socialize with at the weekends and would welcome you along. I'm into most sports, namely football, basketball, triathlon, gym and fitness in general. But don't let that put you off if you hate sport-I'm not judgmental or a meat-head. I love a good movie night, I like to have friends round for dinner and enjoy cooking a good meal with a nice bottle of red. Weekend pubs are usually on the agenda and the occasional trip to the cinema doesn't go amiss. I'm looking for someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously and will make the most of this awesome flat.
