The flat is a spacious, modern and clean 4 bedroom flat which is laid out across three levels in an attractive Victorian Semi-detached home. It’s located on Fairmile Avenue which is just 5 minutes walk from Streatham Station (London Bridge, 20 mins) and just 8 minutes walk from Streatham Common Station (Victoria, 16 mins). The road is quiet, smart and perfectly located for runners (Tooting Bec common is just up the road) and within easy reach of shops, bars and Streatham leisure centre. The flat has all amenities including unlimited Wi-fi broadband (20 meg); Free evening & Weekend landline calls, Virgin Digital TV and set top recordable box, entrance hall for bicycle storage, permit-free on road parking, Loft storage space, two bathrooms. We are looking for a professional male flatmate (to keep the balance) preferably aged around 23 – 38 years old. We are a laid back lot, and enjoy wine together in the evenings, going to the pub, but also all have independent lives. Our downstairs neighbours are very friendly (we feed their cat when they are away in exchange for use of their back garden, that kind of thing).

Rent is £590, which includes absolutely everything (Gas, Water, Electricity, TV, Council Tax, Wifi, Free Evening & weekend landline Phone, Digital TV, Maintenance). The landlord works in London and used to live there so the flat has a homely feel about it.

The room is a good sized double, on the first floor, overlooking the garden, which is very quiet.
