Wandsworth Common - Room with a view

A large light double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower. The room is overlooking Wandsworth Common, has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelving, desk so plenty of storage. You have your own fridge and microwave and can therefore be quite self sufficient.
We're looking more for a lodger rather than a flat share and it works well given the layout. I can provide more utilities for the room if it suits.
The monthly amount includes bills and broadband. The flat has its own front door and is approximately 1000 square feet. Wandsworth Common train station (12 minutes to Victoria) is a two minute walk, alternatively you have the option of a 15 minute walk to either Balham or Tooting Bec for the tube (Northern Line). The 319 bus route is just outside which takes you to the tube one way and Northcote Road and Sloane Square the other way. We are a relaxed household of two, mother and teenage daughter. I work full time and my daughter goes to school locally. We also have a dachshund dog who is very lazy but loving. Look forward to hearing from you.
