The flat is 2-bed, 1-bath, has a large living room and located over the second and third floors of a terraced house. The rent for the room is £950 pcm and there is no additional charge for couples. The room comes fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, dresser and free-standing mirror. Furnishings can be removed if preferred. The flat also includes a kitchen with breakfast bar, living/dining room and a spare bedroom with double bed. This is ideal for visiting friends and family, and the existing flatmates are more than happy to accommodate guests!

My partner and I are currently living here with another young couple but are moving back home. The couple that will be staying on are very nice young professionals from Australia. The four of us have been in the house for a year and a half and it has been great. Ideally the new tenants will be similar, both singles or couples are welcome!
