Want to live in a top, safe, prestigious London address? Minutes from Oxford Street and Marylebone High Street? We have an unfurnished room for rent in our amazing, light, bright, large double storey apartment in a grand townhouse on one of London's most well known and prestigious streets (with lift).
We are looking ideally for a professional female, who is in full time employment, to share this lovely flat with us.
There is a large lounge/dining room, and a bathroom that will be shared with two others. The room itself is small, but fits a double bed. The room is unfurnished. But! Does come with a good sized walk in closet that you will have exclusive use of.
We have Sky TV & broadband plus a cleaner once a week - this and other bills are all included in the crazily cheap rent of 700 per month.
Rooms are rarely available in our happy home - we get on extremely well, it is a cracking location and it is unbelievably reasonable rent.
We all have busy, demanding jobs, so look forward to a relaxing friendly environment on the occasional evenings when we are home!
We are non-smokers, and not into drugs or clubbing, though we do love a glass of wine in the evenings, and dinner parties/tv at home.
