The flat is located in Wymering Mansions a beautifully kept Mansion Block. It is 2 minutes’ walk from Paddington Recreation Ground which has a wealth of facilities including a running track, cricket pitch and tennis courts. The flat is 2 minutes walk from the shops and cafes of Maida Vale. Maida Vale has a wonderful village feel about it but is also just 5 minutes car ride to the great bars and clubs of Notting Hill.

The other tenants are an easy going and very friendly professionals but also like their own space. They enjoy cooking and relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine. They are house proud so like to keep the flat clean and tidy. Both other tenants work from home so ideally someone who works in the office most days as otherwise the flat could become very crowded during the day.
