Located in the beautiful area of Maida Vale, this large double room with en-suite is a stone's throw away from shops, cafes, a sports ground and a number of great pubs too.

Although most essentials are within walking distance, transport links to the area are excellent. The flat is equidistant from Warwick Avenue and Maida Vale tube stations and is just a 7 minute walk away from either. Both are on the Bakerloo line, but for connections to the Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines, Paddington is still only 20 minutes on foot.

There are three of us already here; 2 PhD Students and a Product Manager. We're 2 guys and 1 girl currently so we're looking for another girl to join us.
We like to keep in touch and regularly chat in the evenings, but we do have our own schedules. We're looking for another young professional to join us who's friendly, clean and tidy, and up for joining us on meals out or grabbing a drink now and again.
