One room left now, for a female.
Room 1- Box room: Available now.
Single bed with orthopaedic mattress, wardrobe, window, wall shelves and wooden floor. Please note that the room is very small and will suit someone with no much stuff.

The flat is located on a Cul de sak street and very close to all amenities. It's laid out over 3 floors, it's kept clean and the kitchen is fully equipped.
It's a dream location - it takes 5 min walk to Manor House Station ( Piccadilly line ), half the distance to the park, 2 min to buses and Green Lanes overground, 1 minute to big 24h Sainsburys and Green Lanes with all grocery shops, pubs with live music, cafes, restaurants + shopping center and gym is just around the corner. The location is very convenient, which makes it easy to live here.
This is a quiet and respectful household, with no drama and we are looking for genuine, employed and house trained housemates.
Both rooms will suit someone who is not a night owl and is naturally quiet.
All bills are included: wifi, council tax, water, electricity, gas.
This is a no TV house but if you have one we will ask you to watch it with headphones on and be responsible for your own TV licence.
