You will have exclusive use of the flat for almost all of the time. 2 nights a week I (the owner) will return late evening and stay overnight on the sofabed in the lounge, and leave early in the morning. I am a professional working part-time in London at the beginning of each week and who lives with his wife in the country the rest of the time.
