Room in Mile End, Zone 2 opposite Queen Mary

Note: Ideally this room is for a female student as you would be sharing a bathroom with another girl, and my landlord has specified students only. This room opposite Queen Mary, University of London, is listed for a summer sublet from 1st July 2016 to 7th September 2016, as I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy once I leave. I can be flexible with these dates, though I'm looking for someone to stay for a minimum of one month.

This is a shared accommodation - a flat with 5 occupants total. The room is located on the upper floor of the flat with a kitchen downstairs that is used by all occupants. The room itself is spacious with a single bed and workspace, as well as a beautiful view of the London skyline and Queen Mary, University of London campus.

The flat is on the 3rd floor above a Sainsbury's Local which proves to be very convenient. It's well connected with buses (with a bus stop right outside) and is less than 10 minutes walk from both Stepney Green Station and Mile End Station, as well as a one stop commute to Stratford International Station/Westfield Shopping Centre and Bethnal Green.
