We have 1 huge size double room for rent in a 4 bedrooms house. The room comes with king size bed, wardrobe a chest of drawers and bedsides.
The house split over 2 floors, on the ground floor there is the entrance.
On the 1st floor there is a kitchen (all appliances) with dining area, a bathroom, separate toilet and 2 bedrooms.
On the 2nd floor there are the other 2 double bedrooms and a storage room.
Mill Hill Broadway bus and train station is only 2 mins from the house (many trains to the South and North (Luton airport is only 30 min by train) and plenty of buses ex: 221, 240, 251, 113, 114, 186 ect). The house is only 40 mins away form the central by tube or bus.

Price £585 PCM, all bills inc (gas, electricity, broadband, tv licence, water, council tax.) We are very clean and quiet people (1 Eastern European couple, 1 Canadian girl and 1 Scottish guy, South African girl and Hungarian guy) and search for the same in people we wish to share the flat with.
We have a preference for flatmates who do not use the flat as a party ground but like to feel at home, occasionally have a drink or cook together. Smoking only outside.
