Very spacious room in lovely maisonette, New Cross

Hi everyone,

We have a very nice, spacious and bright room available from the 17th of June.

The room is a good sized double, it has wooden floor, desk and chair, wardrobe, fire place, chest of drawers, a mirror. It is now furnihed with a single bed that could be replaced by a double, the expenses would be on the landlord. This is omething that could be done even before the new housemate moves in.
The room costs 550pm (bills excluded but council tax included!).

The house is a two floors maisonette, with a big and well furnished kitchen, a 'veranda' dining room (really bright), a cosy living room, and a lovely garden. It is a very spacious, bright and cosy house :)

You'll be living with Arturo, Carolina and Richard. Carolina is doing a PhD in Media and Sociology, Arturo is a Film Maker, they are Italian and they are brother and sister, which makes the atmosphere quite familiar. Richard is welsh, he is a musician, singer and teacher.

We all love to cook, drink and engage in long discussions. We often have friends over for dinner...

We like to keep the house clean and tidy, yet comfortable and cosy.
