Cosy house share in New Cross
I'm looking for a new housemate in a rented house close to New Cross Gate. My former two housemates are moving out by the 30th of September and I'm looking for one nice, tidy and quiet person to share the house with. My mate David is moving in with me so there is one room left. We're both professionals, he works in civil service, I work in journalism.
It's a small house in a quiet residential area close to New Cross station. Shops, restaurants and pubs are 5 min away. It has a kitchen, one bathroom and three rooms. I currently occupy the living room downstairs, the other two rooms are upstairs.
I'm personally quite easy-going and quiet but also always up for cooking or a drink so I'm looking for a housemate who likes to socialise but also takes good care of the house.
The new tenants would have to pay for referencing and a contact fee for the agency (approximately 150 Pound each, only joint tenancies).
