Single Room - New Cross - All Bills Inc.

Hi all,

One of our house mates is moving out, and we're currently looking for someone to pledge to our sorority.

WHO ARE WE?
It's currently a house of two girls and two guys. We all work full time and whilst one of us babysits the house during her days off from college. We're a friendly bunch of musicians who enjoy a beer or a cup of tea, but also need our quiet times.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Someone who is chilled and fun, but more importantly respectful and clean (we have a rotating roster for house chores).
Preferably wanting a female to move in so we can keep the ratio even, though males can apply too. Students/Workers welcome. No DSS

THE PLACE?
The flat is a double story with one shower/bath, 3 bedrooms, two toilets, kitchen, dining area, conducting heating and a small backyard with our very own BBQ.

TELL ME ABOUT THE ROOM?
It's a single room that will come fully furnished. You will have a single bed, bedside table, study desk and a closet.
*Note: The second bed will be dismantled prior to you moving in, or can be used if you have a guest in town etc.

LOCATION
Our area is Zone 2, it's smack bang middle of New Cross Station (3min walk) with Deptford Station also available (5min walk). The closest tube is Deptford Bridge (5min walk). We also have buses right around the corner from our door, which also includes night buses that run 24/7.

OTHER
- 15min walk to Greenwich Station+Markets, Picturehouse Cinemas, Cutty Sark, National Maritime Museum & Royal Observatory
- ASDA, Tesco, Off licence is just 1min walk away
- Plenty of parks, bars, cafes, supermarkets nearby
- No smoking indoors, but you can smoke in the backyard
- 2 week deposit required
- Price £160 p/w which includes everything (electricity, gas, water, sky tv and unlimited internet)
- We're looking for someone to move in ASAP, either at the end of the month or in November
