Large double room to rent in New Cross!

I am sadly leaving my room as I have to travel. The room itself is a large room, with a double bed, desk, chair, shelves and mirror. The room is on the top floor of the house, with lots of natural light from the large window that overlooks New Cross and Goldsmiths College.

The house is roughly a five-minute walk from New Cross Gate and New Cross station, with a huge variety of buses in New Cross itself, including a bus stop right by the house for the 171 and 172 buses. There's is also a local Sainsburys down the road and a 24/7 local shop, as well as a Sainsburys superstore by New Cross Gate which is a short 5/10 minute walk away.

The house has a very large living room and dining room, a kitchen, shared bathroom and private garden (with lots of bamboo!). The landlady is also about to retile the floor in the living room and the shared bathroom has just been redone.

Bills are pretty low usually, coming in around £25 a month.

The occupants of the house comprise of creatives working in the music and design industries, and the house has a very positive and friendly atmosphere.
