This room is available until July/August time.

£175 per week all inclusive - Gas, Electric, Council Tax, Water Rates, High Speed Broadband.

Weekly cleaner and gardener.

The room is large, light and airy and well furnished. It is in an attractive and recently refurbished Victorian Terrace house with an open plan kitchen/diner as communal space. There is a quiet garden at the back.

The let would be for a mature and conscientious person only, sharing with 3 others. It is a quiet household.

Two cats are also resident.

New Cross Gate Underground and British Rail Station- 5 mins walk away.

London Bridge Station 6 mins on overground. Bus connections into London centre very frequent/very good.

Sainsburys Supermarket is a 4 min walk away.

Goldsmiths College is a 7 min walk away and Trinity Laban and the Greenwich Conservatory College 10mins on the bus.

There is free parking outside the house.

The landlady Teresa lives in.
