This is one bedroom flat with the living room being converted into to a bedroom and you will be shearing the flat with one other person (me :).

Monthly rent is £740. £950 deposit and one month`s rent upfront is required. estimated bills average around £60 per months (water, electricity and broadband) plus £62 a month for council tax. Ideally you will be looking for a long term commitment and will be signing the contract for one year. There is a £70 admin fee payable to the estate agency for amending / renewing the contract.
