Lovely double room adjacent to garden

Hey there :)

I am a professional working in Commodities Consulting in the city. I'm an outgoing, sociable person and I'm looking for a like minded person. I am happy to accommodate a professional or a mature student. I expect the potential flatmate to be tidy and also have a sociable character.

Now to move on to the flat. I'll keep it short and simple.

Lovely double bedroom adjacent to my balcony/garden; so lots of natural light especially on a sunny day. Plenty of room for storage unless you have an unnecessary amount of clothes. The bed is very comfy also (memory foam mattress).I also have a garden. The kitchen is fully fitted including a washing machine. Cosy living room with 45 inch HD TV. There is also a communal garden at the rear of the flat. WI-FI inc.

I have a wonderful cat who is three years old. He is extremely friendly and always loves attention.

My flat is situated between 3 train stations which makes it ideal for any commuter. It is around 5-10 mins to get to either Holland Park (Central line), Latimer Road (Hammersmith & City) and Ladbroke Grove (Hammersmith & City)train stations. Portobello Market is only a 5 minute walk up the road where you can find Tesco and also Sainsbury's. For those who like to keep fit a new gym has been built just opposite the flat, there is also a Virgin Active gym just under 5 mins away. And if you are a jogging person there are plenty of lovely parks around the area including my favorite, Holland Park.
