It's a small double room with a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, a large cupboard with shelves. I can remove the desk if you don’t need it. Also has a double glazed window so always warm, cosy and quiet.

The living room overlooks the very large private communal gardens - which we have direct access to from the ground floor. The kitchen is small and adjacent to living room. There is a good sized bathroom.
Of course there is central heating, washing machine and Wifi.

Close by is Portobello Road market, Holland Park, the Electric cinema, the Gate cinema and theatre. Westfield is 10 minutes walk away.

This is a calm and friendly flat so looking for a relaxed, professional. Sorry no smoking.
