This is a double bedroom available in a two bedroom flat located on a second floor of a quiet residential road with plenty of local amenities within reach.
There is a common hallway space in the building where to keep bicycles safe.
The living room is bright and cosy giving access to an open plan kitchen that comes with a dishwasher and plenty of storage.
The bathroom has towel heating, a new power shower and a washing machine only.
You would be taking my bedroom which has a king size bed with space underneath it for extra storage, a walk in style closet and a bedside table.
Overall it's a really cosy flat, very nicely decorated, clean, and that's the way we like to keep it.

Transports: buses to take you pretty much anywhere including night buses into central london. Queens road, Nunhead and New Cross Gate stations give you plenty of options: 7 minutes to London bridge or the new overground services into the city and north london are just some.

Peckham Rye Park is a stroll away now that the sun is coming out and you have New Cross or East Dulwich buzz for your local night out.
