THE FLAT

The flat is enormous: 1,500 square foot spread out over two floors. The ground floor is made up of an open plan kitchen, dining room and sitting room with views and access via double-height windows to a communal garden overlooking the canal. The photographs don't do it justice, come and see it!

THE AREA

Hackney Wick is an amazing area to live: lots of artists, cool bars, pop-ups and restaurants. It can sometimes feel like you are living in the midst of a festival! The green spaces of Victoria Park are just around the corner, as are Hackney, London Fields, and Dalston.

THE PEOPLE

Young professionals in their mid-20s. We enjoy cooking, sharing meals, and eating outside in the garden when the weather permits.

GETTING AROUND

Transport links are easy - Hackney Wick overground station is a 5 - 10-minute walk where you can get trains to Stratford or all the way to West London. It's a 15min walk to the no.8 bus stop, which takes you all the way to Oxford Street.

General Travel times: 30 minutes to central London and the West End, 15 minutes walk to Stratford, 20 minutes to London City Airport and 1hour to London Stanstead Airport.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

The flat is secure, with a vigilant concierge and within a friendly community residence.

Westfield shopping centre is a 15-minute walk away, very convenient for both groceries and all other shopping needs.

TERMS

The rent is £1,000 per month and includes all bills. Rent is payable in advance, one month's rent as deposit.

No pets and no couples.
