Hi - I'm giving up my lovely, clean, large spacious double room with a single bed and comfortable leather couch/double sofa bed because I am going on holiday for two months and have decided to find somewhere new when I return, rather than trying to sub-let.

The flat is centrally heated and warm as toast in the cold London winters. It's fully furnished and decorated to a very nice standard with built in wardrobes and wifi broadband throughout.

Large kitchen/diner with washing machine etc. Bathroom with bath, power shower and wc.

Would suite a clean, friendly professional person working/studying close to the city. 5 minute walk to Old Street Station and also close to Angel Tube, Essex Road and trendy Upper street with great bars, restaurants and shopping facilities. Also Great links for buses to West End, City.

Room is for one person only. £135 per week (£585 PCM)inclusive of all bills (heating/hot water/council tax/wifi/tv license/electric etc).

This really is a fantastic spot, in great proximity to everything that's great about east London. Pictures dont do it justice!
