It is with regret that I am looking for someone to take on the remaining tenancy. The room is a Silver standard room with large window over looking the court yard, so there no traffic noise. The room is self contained with double bed, study area, table and chair, kitchenette with induction hob and combi microwave and shower room and toilet. There is also
excellent free wi-if in the room. The building offers 24 hours security, on site washing and drying facitilites and a gym. Gym membership is included in the rent. There are several areas for socialising.
The property is a 2 minute walk to Old Street tube station (Northern Line) and 10 minute walk to Liverpool Street station.
There are several shops close by.
Shoreditch is on your door step where there are many fantastic restaurants and a great night life. You will never be short of things to do. This accommodation is ideal for anyone undertaking a summer internship. Please note the property is only available for a student or someone in a training contract.
