The room 10ft x 10ft double, with a huge built in wardrobe, additional movable shelf storage, and a bedside table and lamp. The flat itself is an ex-council located on the ground floor of a clean, friendly and safe estate. Mostly families and young professionals - always nice and quiet with plenty of green space for picnics/BBQs during the summer.

TRANSPORT
Super close to Oval, Vauhall and Stockwell stations, with good 24 hour bus connections to Clapham (only 20 minute walk away), the City, and Camden.

£20/month for gas and electric, and £7/month for internet.
