Newly decorated and available now, this is a first floor 4 bedroom flat with good vibes, no shoes, no smoke, that you'll be sharing with myself and one female flatmate. We're not a couple!

A place for you to call your home, space for your bike in the hall.

The room has a bay window folding table/desk and chair, bedside table, Ikea wardrobe, cupboards, double bed with 4 large drawers and a set of shelves.

The current flatmate who's moving out has been living with us for 2 and a half years and will be missed. So we're looking for someone who's friendly to fit in with us.

Flatmate 1- I'm a male yoga teacher (45) (an ex-hang-glider instructor), I'm easy-going and like to have flowers&plants around the home.
Done with the party stage of life and enjoy my own space respecting that of others, but a chat over a glass of wine and a meal will be nice when our times coincide. I'm friendly and gregarious chap, vegetarian (almost vegan...), but don't mind if you cook meat. I'm a British citizen originally from Rio, living in London for 15 years.

My 13 yr old son sleeps in Tuesdays and Wednesdays when he also goes to a martial art class and one weekend a month. He's easy going and friendly, has his own room and is in bed by 9, We rarely have friends round!

Vicky is a a perfect flat mate, super friendly and gentle, someone who is happy to converse and share a meal when she's in.
In fact, she's often away on work trips. She's 33 and from the Lake District.

We'd rather not have a telly in the flat, but if you wish to have one in your bedroom we'd ask you to wear your headphones, also to watch stuff of your computer, as we do.
You're welcome to plug your phone to the sound system in the kitchen/living, while there.

We're tidy and clean, and wish that our flat mates be so too, you won't have to worry about any housework apart from your own; respect for the common space is very important though. We're in bed early and rarely have friends round.

We're looking for a flatmate on a 9-5 full-time job, ideally.

The flat
t's definitely a place that is kept clean & neat with a lovely sunny kitchen. Toilet and shower/bath are separate, (ladies, I keep the toilet seat down!!).
Located in a small friendly brick building in a quiet street. There's never been a queue for the bathroom and the shower is an excellent one.

Location
5 min walk to oval tube (Northern line), 12 min walk to Stockwell tube (Victoria line). We're close to the border with zone 1.

Kennington park with its lovely cafe is also just 5 min from flat. There are several gyms one has a swimming pool, all within 5min walk distance.

The location is really great, and the neighbourhood very friendly,

Within 2 blocks there's a big corner shop and a Tesco local, a pharmacy/post office literally around the corner, a deli, an Italian bakery across the street; there's also a Saturday farmers market at just 3 min walk, Indian, Japanese, South American, Eritrean and Vegan restaurants, Chinese and pizza take away,

Geographically speaking the location is brilliant. We're pretty much on a cross, pretty much equidistant to the Parliament/Big Ben, Dulwich, London Bridge, Battersea, Streatham, all 20 min on bus. The handy Northern line tube takes to to Bank in 9 min, Camden 20, Hampstead 25
