About the Room and House

2 very large, light and airy double rooms with your own shared bathroom in a Victorian house which has been refurbished to a great standard. The street is tree lined and has a great community. The rooms have recently been refurbished with new hardwood floors, new beds, and fitted built in cupboards and drawers. The large family bathroom is shared between the two rooms - so when we have just one lodger it is sole use. It's an easy going house and a really nice place to live. The house has a spectacularly large kitchen diner and magnificent patio and beautiful, large garden. There is a utility room with washing machine and dryer. Gas, electricity, broadband/wifi included. The house is really spacious, has bags of character, original features and charm, and a really homely feel.

About the Location

Fantastically convenient (4-5 minute walk) to Palmers Green overground. A very good train service gets you to Finsbury Park in 12 minutes where you can get the Victoria and Piccadilly tube lines. It also gets you to Moorgate in 25 minutes, Oxford Circus in half an hour, less if the trains are spot on. The house is 2-3 minutes walk from local busses and shops. There is a large Morrisons and 'little' Sainsbury's and Co-op. 2-3 minutes away. Great restaurants on the high street and Aldermans Hill. The huge and lovely Broomfield Park with its ponds, tennis and basketball courts, outdoor gym and beautiful walks and gardens is also just a couple of minutes walk away.
