Sunny Double Room in Female Flatshare

We are:
Two young professionals in a clean, quiet and friendly flatshare.

5 mins walk to Queen's Road Peckham station with regular mainline rail and London Overground, and many buses including night buses, with good links to all of London.

Close to local amenities including supermarkets, bars, Telegraph Hill park and Peckham Rye.

We are looking for:
A new flatmate to replace our current flatmate who is moving out.

You must be clean and willing to do your fair share of the chores, quiet, honest, and we would prefer if you worked during the day. We are friendly and relaxed but not looking to live in a party house.

The flat:
The whole flat is fully furnished, with a bathroom, separate WC, good-size kitchen and small living room.

The room is a good-size double with a private balcony, a double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

We have Virgin tv and broadband which is around £18 per month each. Council tax is approx £30 per month, water around £12, and gas/elec is changeable but seems to be very cheap now we're coming into summer.

There is free on-street parking.
