We are looking for a new housemate to join us in our house in Peckham. We are located 2 minutes away from Queens Road Peckham station.
The House: 4 bed house with shared living room, kitchen and patio, typically a student house. The rent is £472 per month plus electric (normally £20-30 a month, we take it in turns to pay). Plus free parking!
The Room: a double bedroom, comes furnished with double bed and side drawers, and a table if required?
The Housemates: We are 2 boys and 1 girl aged 23-26, mix of students and professionals (All English). We are sociable and friendly, and I would say fairly normal!
You: Ideally you will aged between 18-30, and sociable! We like hanging out together so we'd love you to join our group!
