Double room available for summer let in Peckham

My double room in a shared house in Peckham Rye is available for rent over the summer. The room is available from 25th June to 20th August. I would prefer to rent to one person for the whole period so will do eight weeks for the price of seven, which is £910 for the whole period.

The house is part of a period terrace in a desirable part of Peckham, a short walk from Peckham Rye station.

The room is bright and spacious, with a large sash window. It is fully furnished with double bed, period wardrobe, desk and storage space.

The house has a shared kitchen, a large living area and bathroom. There is a rear garden with decking and a lawn, which gets a lot of sunshine (assuming there is any this summer). There is a washing machine, dishwasher and we have the fastest BT fibre optic broadband,

You will be sharing with my two male, professional housemates who are friendly and easy going. They're pretty quiet when you want them to be and also hold a decent conversation on most topics so they're good company on evenings in if you wish.

Peckham Rye station has access to London Overground and National Rail services to north London. (both Victoria and London Bridge are approx 10min. by train). The locale area has many shops, boutiques, decent pubs and bars.
