Lovely double room in Peckham to be filled ASAP!

We have a double room available that needs to be filled ideally next week in a lovely house on Bellenden Road. You will be sharing with 3 young professionals so we are looking for someone with a similar routine. The house has a small garden, shared living room and we also have a cute little cat named Baba! (This is definitely the deal breaker) Bills aren't included in rent but come to roughly £85 a month.

We are 5 minutes from Peckham Rye station which has great links, there are plenty of shops, cafes and most importantly pubs near by!

In order to be added to the contract you will need to provide the last 3 months worth of bank statements, proof of full-time employment and a references from a previous Landlord for the estate agents.
