I am a 26 year old male looking for professionals to join me and my equally fantastic house mates to come join us in our chilled out house. One of only four unique builds on the road, this special house has been restored beautifully, and features 2 lovely bathrooms, an impressive kitchen / diner and spacious front and back gardens to be used as shared spaces. Although there is no living room, the large kitchen can be used for socialising. All of the bedrooms are also large enough to accommodate a seating area.

Peckham Rye park is under 10 paces from the front gate, and has recently received grant money to make what was once a good park great. A huge Sainsbury’s is a 5 minute drive away and a well stocked Tesco Metro is just a 5 minute walk across the park. The 343 and 484 buses pass the house, and the 78, 63, 12, 197 363, 37, 185 and 176 buses all within a 5 minute walk. Peckham Rye station is a 10 minute walk (or you can get the 343 if you’re feeling lazy), which takes you to London Bridge, Blackfriars and Victoria in 10 minutes. The overground tube line is also now available from Peckham Rye too, with places like Clapham and Shoreditch only a few stops away.

So although the whole of London is conveniently accessible from Peckham Rye, the area itself is home to countless interesting bars, restaurants and shops, and is only 5 minutes from fashionable Lordship Lane in East Dulwich, and trendy Bellenden Road in Peckham. There’s Frank’s rooftop campari bar, Bar Story, The Gowlett, The Victoria Inn, No. 67, Ganapati, The Palmerston, Franklins, and many, many other great places around.

The room rates are inclusive of bills, including gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband, T. V. licence, and a cleaner ( to do communal areas once a week ). It is not a party household, but friendly and convivial, wanting people who are respectful of others, and tidy. Saying that, the odd party doesn't hurt! Over 25s please. No couples, and a maximum of three nights a week for a boyfriend or girlfriend staying over (otherwise not fair on others, or bills).
