Bright room by park

First room

I like to have the place as a home and my old house mates are regular visitors so the odd shared meal, wine and shouting at the TV are usually on the cards. If you have a culinary special to share then please do!

The flat is well maintained. The city is only 5 miles away, it can be seen from the rooms and an easy cycle if you're that way inclined. The balcony in our living room overlooks Peckham Rye common which is ideal for pretty much anything you'd want a park for.

There is a 24hr bus to the door and our closest station is Peckham Rye (10/15min walk). Nunhead and East Dulwich are also reasonably handy. There's an underground car park for those with cars.
