At the moment, the room is available from 15th of June but my flatmates are hoping to find a room by the 1st of June..

We are offering a spacious double room that comes with a king size bed and a very big fitted wardrobe.
You will be in a 3 bedroom house that is divided in two floors. While the second floor is for the sleeping area, downstairs the property offers 3 separate rooms that include:

- Good size kitchen with a lot of storage space
- Nice open dining area
- Big and smartly designed living room overlooking the garden
- Extensive garden

All the areas mentioned above are shared with another 2 very quiet tenants that also are extremely easy going.
The house in general is kept very clean and tidy.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We don't put any restrictions at this stage since we like to decide at the time of the visit to the house. Therefore:

Virgin Media TV and fast broadband INTERNET are present.
The area is nice, just on the outskirts of Peckham. This property is also perfect for someone with a small dog since it not only offers the garden but also it's 2 minutes to Peckham Rye Park, which is beautiful.
The connection to any part of the city is perfect, with only a 2 minute walk to buses that can go to Oxford Circus, Shoreditch and Marble Arch, etc.
There's also a great connection with Gatwick Airport via only one bus to Croydon.

The rent is £483 all included council tax, water and heating, tv license, internet and electricity.
