Double room to rent in Cottage in Penge

Huge double room to rent in lovely cottage in the conservation area of Alexandra Cottages in Penge. The cottage is 5 minutes walk from Penge East which services Victoria, 10 Minutes to Sydenham with regular trains to London Bridge and Dalston and 15 min walk to New Beckenhan servicing London Bridge, Cannon street & Charing cross. The room is fully furnished with a King size Divan bed, Wardrobe and 2 Chest of drawers. There is also additional hanging space in a built in cupboard. The room is at the front of the house and is the larger of the 2. I'm a mid 30's female and currently live here on my own with my Frenchbulldog Frank. Being of 'my age'! I am keen to find someone who I will get along with as a friend rather than someone who is going to view the place as a crash pad! I've tried to make the cottage homely so keen to find someone who will also see it this way. The downsides of it are that the kitchen is tiny and the bathroom is downstairs but I think the cottage makes up for it in other ways! There is off road parking or on the road (no permit required) and a lovely garden for the summer. You can even have a section to grow something if you like though I cant guarantee Frank wont kill it by weeing on it, eating it or digging it up! The reason I'm here is a little complicated and unusual hence why I'm not looking for someone much longer than 6 months as in truth I'm not sure how long I'm going to be here. I'm willing to consider other peoples pets, well a dog really as long as it gets along with Frank. I also have a cleaner once a week which is included in the rent. Any questions please email me.
