A great house share iddealy located close to tube and centre on a thought after road with a good balance of international professionals in their 20ies and a room available on the 12th of JUNE is looking for a new house mate!
The pictures were taken recently and are accurate. We have a central lounge with sofa and dinning table leading to a sunny modern kitchen and our private garden. Great !
We have games, blankets and everything you would expect in a modern house share: washing machine, ovens, 2 fridges, etc) and a magical cleaning lady who comes regularly.
The room itself is quiet and sunny and furnished with a build in wardrobe, and self standing wardrobe, a desk and a chest of drawer just as in the pictures.
The house was refurbished and entirely repainted 6 month ago and is only 4 min by foot Plaistow station only 10 min from the centre of London with the District Line! There are 2 night buses and amenities just around the corners, as well as a couple of pretty parks a short stroll away.
