I am looking for a lodger who is reliable, clean and tidy.

The room is an excellent size, there is enough space for a single bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and large bookcase. It has just been painted white so it has a bright clean appearance.

The flat comes with everything you would need to live comfortably. It has reliable high speed Internet, a clean bathroom with a shower and a kitchen with appliances, washer/dryer, cooker, microwave and excellent central heating. Overall the flat is bright clean and homely. There is no living room area.

Situated on a main Road, the flat is in an ideal location for convenience: a stone throw away from Primrose Hill, close to Regents Park, Hampstead and Camden Town. It is a charming area with plenty to do.

For commuters, it is a two-minute walk from Chalk Farm tube station – which has the Northern Line, linking to places like, Euston, Kings Cross, Leicester Square, Moorgate, Bank, Waterloo, etc.

Proof of employment, previous landlord reference and a bank statement are required.

There is a possibility to move in sooner, if suitable for both of us.
