Amazing Putney flatshare

I cannot stress how good this flat is and how gutted I am to be leaving it!

Currently I have been living in this amazing Putney flat for 2 years, the reason I am leaving is I am looking to go back to Uni and I can't afford to live here.

I am due to move out in 18th September but my landlord has said you would be fine to move in before then. We can negotiate.

If you are happy after 18th September you can go on the lease where you will have to pay the deposit.

It is a furnished (Wardrobe, Bed, Chest of draws) double room.

It has a modern kitchen with a all essential kitchen appliances and bathroom with bath and shower.

A huge balcony for BBQs/Sunbathing, we get the sun all day.

We have a fully furnished lounge with Sky connections.

The flat has a video phone entry system, so security is great.

There is a gym in the building (cost not included in rent) that I use on a regular basis.

The flat is on top of an office block and we only have one Nieghbour.

We are 20 meters from the awesome Putney high street. Outside the flat door we have Boris bikes and a bus stop. Also there are 2 tube stops and Putney station within walking distance.

We have Waitrose, Sainsburys and M&S all within 4mins from the flat. There are several bars and pubs are within 30 seconds too.
