We have a cosy double room available in our lovely house share which is in a fantastic location in Putney.
We are a sociable house who like to cook diner and have a chat, but at the same time we live our own lives, so are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle who will fit in.
The room is a small double and comes unfurnished. However it has built in storage and the option of purchasing the current bed (£50). The bills are £75 a month, this includes a cleaner and also covers things like toilet roll and cleaning products.
The house is 2 minutes from the river and 5 minutes from the high street with buses going to almost anywhere in London, it really is a fab spot to live!
