King Size Double Room In Pent House Flat In Putney

Hey guys, we have lived in this flat for 4 years and absolutely love the location and convenience of it. One of my flat mates is looking to move out so there is one room available. The tenancy comes to an end on May 27th so we are looking to fill the room ready for 28th May for a year.
My name is Rich, I'm a firefighter based in Chelsea and my other flat mate is Wayne, who works at the Natural History Museum in South Kensington.
The flat is very modern inside, with an open plan Kitchen/living space and flat screen TV. There is also wifi. There's a washing machine with a built in tumble drier. The room available is very large, there's lots of storage space along with a VERY comfortable super king sized bed. With summer around the corner there's a great opportunity to make use of the roof terrace which receives sun all through the day and is very private so great for sunbathing. All the shops that you could need are on your doorstep. There's the Putney Exchange shopping centre opposite and a big Sainsburys & Waitrose a minute away. Putney Train station is a 1 minute walk away and Putney bridge tube station is a 5 min walk over the bridge. Also you can get pretty much anywhere on the many buses that travel up and down Putney high Street. Lots of great restaurants nearby and some decent bars.
The rent is £2, 550 so £850 each and bills are very reasonable so not a bad price to pay for a flat with a roof terrace that looks out on the whole of London.
