Double Room available in Putney from 17/05

Hi we are a couple (an Australian 30yr old male and a French 31yr old female) looking for a like-minded couple or professional single person to share our leased 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom flat. We preferably would like people looking for a long term place to call home (5 months minimum) as this is our house and we love it here and would prefer to become friends rather than just house mates and in addition you must be clean, this is a must. This is not a party house at all, gone are those days, and we do enjoy our privacy but we do enjoy a drink and a BBQ with friends occasionally and a nice cooked meal or going out to a restaurant/bar. We are both working professionals and enjoy the abundances of facilities at your fingertips in this amazing position.

The Flat
• The whole flat is in immaculate condition in a new apartment block. Wooden floors throughout with underfloor central heating.
• We are on the 4th floor and there is a lift and secure underground gated parking with our own allocated parking (We don’t have a car so excellent for anyone with a car). The complex is very secure with electronic coded front door.
• 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, that’s right no sharing or waiting for the bathroom like most share houses in London, you will have your own massive bathroom. And only sharing the flat with one other couple so feels like a home not a big share house.
• The bedroom has a very comfy bed (orthopaedic mattress) with 4 draws in the base for extra storage, a massive wardrobe and shelving, side table and large glass (double glazed) door out to our private balcony.
• A massive kitchen and living room with an entrance to private balcony from living room as well.

• A massive communal outdoor terrace to share with all flats great for summer days.
• All bills are included so no worrying with everything you need such as pay TV, we have a massive smart TV with Netflix, TV on demand (pause and rewind live TV), and go back and watch anything from last 7 days, super-fast unlimited broadband, unlimited free calls to UK landlines and unlimited international free calls to over 30 countries including most of Europe, US, Canada, Australia, NZ etc.
• EPC rating is top of B (80) extremely efficient with all windows/doors double glazed.

The Area
• This is an amazing area and must be seen to appreciate we have plenty of pubs and restaurants within close walking distance. A convenience store and sainsbury open till late every night across the road.
• The river Thames is only 50 meters down the road and can be seen from our balcony with the river taxi stopping at the end of our road heading into the city so great for people working in the city.
• Wandsworth park is only 50 meters just behind our block of flats with tennis courts and even putt putt to enjoy, the park is beautiful and great for hot summer days.
• Only 10 mins walk/ 2mins bus to Putney high street and East Putney tube station (District line).
• Only 7 mins walk/ 2 mins bus to Southside shopping centre with massive Sainsbury, Waitrose and plenty of other shops.
• Only 10 mins walk to Wandsworth train station with trains to waterloo and central London.
• Night Buses to the end of our street (220) only 100 meters from flat, and plenty of buses through the day to central London. So very easy to get home from nights out in central London.
Overall this is a must see flat and will go fast it is £990 per month in advance with all bills included. The deposit is £1, 000. However you will not be locked into the lease, we are the main tenants and we are the ones locked in and we have already paid the whole deposit and all the bills are in our name and we will hold your deposit separately with a separate signed legal agreement to allow you to leave when you wish however you must provide at least one months notice.
