Cosy room in a clean quiet house share near Putney

Hi!
This is a great little room in a nice, clean, modern house in a fantastic quiet location between Putney, Barnes and Roehampton. The room comes with a double bed, shelves and a wardrobe. The house is situated round the corner from a handy little parade of shops - offering pretty much every essential you could need. It is a 5 min walk to Barnes station, 10 min walk to Putney station, and a stones throw from several bus routes. It also has a garden and ample parking spaces in the area (including a driveway).
It's a chilled out atmosphere in the house. We've had a few barbecues through the summer, but it's not a wild party type house.
We're keen to keep an equal male/female ratio, but are open to the right person whatever their gender.
