Large Double room to rent in 2 bed flat share in Putney. Current flatmate is moving to Qatar for work after 2 happy years living here.

The flat is 5 minutes Walk to Putney rail station and 10 minutes walk to East Putney Tube station (District Line). Also 2 min walk to the buses (39, 493, 85, 14, 424, 493, 93) which takes you to Fulham, Roehampron, Hammersmith, Wimbledon, Kingston, Wandsworth, Capham, Victoria. The 14 and 85 are Night buses for the city as well.

The room is suitable for single, clean professional, non smoker. The rent is £650 PCM excluding bills. Bills (Water, Electricity, Gas, internet and Council Tax) usually come to £70 each per month. A deposit of £900 is required to be paid to the letting agent for the room. The room is fully furnished with double bed and wardrobe with plenty of storage space.

There is a shared living room with extra storage area. There is a study room as well that is currently used as an extra storage area, but could be used as a study room with desk and chair if you required this instead.

There is a shared Bathroom with Bath, shower and Hand basin. There is a separate toilet room.

The kitchen is equipped with all the usual appliances (cooker, washing machine etc).
