Double room in houseshare

Hi there,

Our lovely housemate Sylvia is moving out Easter bank holiday after a year and half, and we're looking for a lovely person to replace her. We're fairly relaxed housemates, a couple and a single female, and we're looking for someone to complement the house. The house is in very good condition, a cleaner comes once a week, and all bills are included. We have a large garden with a proper barbecue, tend to be fairly quiet during week due to gym and work, although always up for interesting events. Weekends are active for us, socialising, cycling and generally relaxing! Anything else please feel free to ask. It's available end April.
