Sick of large house share's and don't want to live in a small studio flat with no room to move or have friends over?

A beautiful large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with patio and garden space for BBQ's and a light, open sitting room, dinning room and kitchen area which is great for having friends round and entertaining.

The room for rent is the largest in the house with an en-suit bathroom (16ft x 11ft, plus en-suite).

The house rental would be based on a 'buddy-up', so we would both be on the rental contract with all bills being split 50: 50. Approximately the monthly bills are £120 a month. This takes the full rent/bills to approx. £1, 192.

This little gem is close to Putney Heath, Barnes and Richmond Park. It's just off the A3 with direct buses to Clapham Junction, a 10mins walk to East Putney tube or Putney station.

I am a social butterfly and am often out playing sport, seeing friends or family but also love to invite them round for social nights or dinner parties. Looking to meet someone who is of similar nature and is well house trained.
