A large, bright and spacious double room is now available in the heart of Putney. 1 minute walk from all the shops (including waitrose), 2 minutes from the river, 6 from the overland rail and 10 from both tubes (District line).
The flat has a large open plan kitchen/lounge with a sizeable, sun-kissed balcony ideal for relaxing/dining/BBQing. The ensuite has a shower, basin and loo. You would also have full use of the bath in the main bathroom. The flat has everything you would need from washing maching, dishwasher to broadband/wifi.
We are looking for a male/female to join this friendly, fun flatshare. We both work... Myself (36) in the city and Lizzie (30) in the westend. We both have our own lives but also love to kick back and have a glass of wine with each other. We also venture out every now and then.
It is a clean, calm and friendly flatshare. We're very easy to get on with and respectful of each other.
